At ARTEVA, every piece is handcrafted and packed by hand, then dispatched with insured shipping — so your treasure travels as carefully as it was made.
Types of Shipping
We offer two modes of delivery across India:
Standard (Surface) — Complimentary on all orders. Estimated 5–7 business days.
Express (Air) — Flat ₹2,000, anywhere in India. Estimated 3–5 business days.
Same-Day (Kolkata) — Available within Kolkata on eligible orders placed before 12 pm, delivered the same day within city limits.
Estimated delivery times may vary during sale periods and unforeseen contingencies. For international orders, please contact us for available options and charges.
Packaging
Each item is carefully packed to guard against damage in transit — fragile pieces are secured with premium protective materials, and wooden crating where required. If your package arrives tampered with or visibly damaged, please do not accept it and contact us right away on our Customer Service at +91 9831124941 (Monday - Saturday 11 AM to 7 PM)
Delivery & Tracking
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Once dispatched, a tracking link and courier details are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number so you can follow your order to your door. Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address, pincode, and mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery. An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped and also once delivered, for a complete update of our delivery. Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking through a secure, encrypted gateway. Please note we do not offer Cash on Delivery — full payment is required to confirm and dispatch your order.
